The European Service & Quality Award (ESQ Award) concept is based on the same criteria as Scandinavian Service & Quality Award (SSQ Award) which is accredited by HOTREC (www.hotrec.eu).
Hundreds of Awards and several Honourable Mentions has been been awarded to organzation that have participated in the program since 2002.
